About your trip

The 60-hour Yin Yoga & 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine Training is designed to provide a comprehensive and immersive experience for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga and its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This slow-paced yoga style emphasizes long-held poses that target the deep connective tissues of the body, enhancing flexibility, joint mobility, and energetic flow.

Beyond its physical benefits, Yin Yoga cultivates emotional balance and mental resilience by encouraging mindfulness, acceptance, and inner stillness. The training integrates foundational concepts of TCM, including an in-depth exploration of the meridian system and the Five Elements theory: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. These elements highlight the importance of maintaining energetic harmony (qi) within the body for optimal health and well-being.
